3 Day Fruit Detox Diet

Wheee...
After having a week of processed food and tonnes of litres of coffee in my body. I suggest it is time to flush those toxins away! >.<
Basically, the whole week, my meals consist of curry for three days, fried chicken including KFC for five days, Pizzahut for dinner once, Fried Crab in sweet sour sauce and McD every Sunday afternoons.
So yea, my stomach is like a rubbish bin now, munching on processed foods everyday and already lead me to various health problems. I have blocked ear, sore throat, ulcer on my tongue, pimples everywhere, headaches and various stress sickness. T___T

mom: I think I should get you a medical card, I'm afraid you will not get through life without any problems..

TT_____TT ... a 18 year old girl who need medical insurance this early???

Today, I started off with a fruit juice made of 2 apples, 1 carrot and 1 tomato. It tastes okay and seriously not that great but it was very very sweet. I think is because of the raw tomatoes.. Yuck! I hate raw tomatoes and I don't eat carrots. >_< Doing all these for the sake of my health being. Probably now my risk of getting cancer has been reduce dramatically. Lol

This detox going to take me three days to work it out. In between consuming green tea and main meals have been replaced with soups boiled with lean chicken meat. Every few hours, fruits shall be my snack! Go APPLES!!!.. and ORANGE!!! ..
